Welcome to HALO Staffing Solution!  Since our inception we are striving to become the Employer of Choice for healthcare professionals.  We feel strongly that a large part of that commitment is providing you with the peace of mind of having a comprehensive benefits program.

HALO Staffing Solutions is proud to introduce our benefits programs provided by: Anthem (group health), The Guardian (group life, voluntary dental, life and long term disability), AFLAC (assorted coverage’s including short term disability).

Group Medical

HALO Staffing Solutions group medical is offered by Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Our program is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) that allows in and out-of-network participation.  In-network benefits are most cost effective. 

Voluntary Dental

HALO Staffing Solutions offers two comprehensive dental insurance plans through The Guardian on a voluntary basis.  If your dentist is in-network or you are willing to switch to an in-network dentist, the SVP (Split Value Plan) program is the most cost effective choice versus NAP (Network Access Plan).

Vision Discount Plan

The Guardian plans include a vision discount plan through Vision Service Plan.

Voluntary Life

HALO Staffing Solutions’ plan provides additional coverage for employee, spouse or children.

Voluntary Long Term Disability

Plan offers future income for employee based on a disabling event.

Full time employees may choose benefits on a stand alone basis (ala carte).  When an employee enrolls for at least one line of business they will automatically receive group life insurance.

AFLAC Supplemental Insurance

HALO Staffing Solutions provides the following AFLAC Supplemental Insurance Plans on a voluntary basis through payroll deductions, given all eligibility requirements are met:

Personal Accident Indemnity Plan
Personal Hospital Intensive Care Plan
Personal Recovery Plan
