When I was asked to join Halo in 2001, my initial question was “Does anyone really need another Staffing Company?” Tim explained to me how his vision of Halo was to be different. After 25+ years in the healthcare professional staffing industry, Halo has turned out to be the best career decision of my professional life. My personal commitment is for Halo to be the best career decision for you as well.

Since the beginning, Halo has grounded itself on the belief that we can accomplish great things if we work as a team. As partners in the process, we work cooperatively and in a way that benefits us all. I am often asked how we can offer wages that are consistently higher than other agencies in the same market. The answer is an easy one. Outsourced staffing has traditionally been a three-party effort…the Caregiver, the Hospital, and the Middleman who connects the two. Here, our technology serves as an on-line facilitator to put the hospitals and the caregivers in direct communication with each other in an efficient and cost-effective way. Being an on-line application, it is available around the clock. You will be able to update your profile, detailing recent job history, completion of further education, even change of address. You can apply for per diem shifts or for travel assignments. When the caregiver takes over much of the management of his/her employment, the middleman is eliminated and the savings are returned in the form of higher pay rates to you.

Halo places the potential for success directly in your own hands. You can manage your assignments and, in turn, control your own income.  As a result of our technology, our internal staff is small. What does this mean to you? It means that we can be totally responsive to your needs. In a large, multi-layered company, it is extremely difficult to provide a consistent, creative, responsive approach. Halo can react to both the needs of the caregiver and the marketplace.
