Refer a Traveler Today – Earn a Bonus for Years
Unlike other travel companies who offer a one-time fixed amount for a single referral, Halo is offering an ongoing bonus based not just on the number of Halo Travelers you refer but on the number of travel contracts the referred employees work. The more Caregivers you refer and the more travel contracts they complete, the higher the bonus for you! There’s no limit to the number of Travelers you refer or the number of contracts they fulfill.
And it doesn’t end there. Similar to the bonus program available to our per diem caregivers, there are two tiers to the Travel with a Friend or Family program.
The first tier calculates your bonus based on the travel contracts completed by the Caregivers you refer. (Primary Referrals). The second tier provides an additional bonus based on the travel contracts completed by the Caregivers referred by the Caregivers you referred. (Secondary Referrals). Although the bonus amounts are different, the actual way of calculating the bonus is the same for both tiers. Take a look.
Tier One – Primary Referrals:
$500 bonus for the first 13-week travel contract completed by each caregiver you refer. ($300 for an 8-week contract.)
$250 bonus for each additional 13-week travel contract the same caregiver signs and completes, either as a new contract or as a contract extension, for this and all future contracts. ($150 for an 8-week contract.)

Tier Two – Secondary Referrals:
$250 bonus for the first 13-week travel contract completed by a caregiver referred by a caregiver you referred. ($150 for an 8-week contract.)
$125 bonus for each additional 13-week travel contract completed by a caregiver referred by a caregiver you referred, either as a new contract or as a contract extension. ($75 for an 8-week contract.)

Rules and Regulations:
A Referring Caregiver must complete at least one travel contract to become eligible for the Travel with a Friend or Family program.
The Travel with a Friend or Family program requires that the referred Employees register with Halo Staffing Solutions by logging onto www.blueskymss.com/ths .
Each new Employee can submit only one name as his/her referring Caregiver.
There is no limit to the number of Caregivers that any one Employee refers.
The Travel with a Friend or Family program is not limited to your own geographical area.
Bonuses are paid only for the two tiers described above.
A first Halo contract is a first contract, regardless of whether it’s an 8 or 13 week contract.
Once the first Halo contract is completed, all subsequent contracts generate bonuses as defined as second or renewed contracts.
If a contract is 26-weeks, the bonus will be calculated as 2 13-week contracts.
e.g. If this is an initial 26-week contract with Halo, the first 13 weeks will generate a $500 bonus and the second 13 weeks will generate a $250 bonus.
Any contracts other than 8 or 13 weeks in length will be calculated appropriately as defined by Halo Staffing Solutions.
The Travel with a Friend or Family Program is not retroactive on existing Halo Employees.
